Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Mount Vernon crews are already moving. We dispatch Mount Vernon units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
We built our Mount Vernon branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Mount Vernon, IL property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Mount Vernon roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Mount Vernon isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Mount Vernon, IL, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
